ACCENT DECOR, Inc. in Georgia seeks a Vice President of Logistics & Operations to serve as operational lead, reporting to the President.

This role will oversee Operations, Transportation, and Customer Success, balancing long-range strategy with hands-on execution across the distribution center and customer experience. The successful candidate will bring analytical rigor, action orientation, and the humility to stay connected with the ground realities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive operations leadership at VP or Senior Director level.
• Proven track record in freight/transportation strategy with cost reductions.
• Experience leading customer service or IT functions is a plus.
• Background in distribution, wholesale, e-commerce, or product-based business.
• Proficiency with ERP, WMS, and TMS tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for Customer Success, ensuring a seamless experience from order to post-delivery support.
• Identify and implement improvements to customer-facing processes and automation.
• Implement systems and metrics to improve response times, transparency, and satisfaction.
• Use insights and data to identify service improvements and strengthen relationships.
• Partner with President to define and execute operational strategy and KPIs.
• Oversee KPIs, reporting, budgeting, and resource allocation for growth and margin.
• Own freight cost strategy, analyze spend, negotiate carrier contracts, reduce costs.
• Develop data-driven freight analytics and monitor carrier performance.
• Standardize shipping/packaging practices to reduce damages.
• Oversee distribution center operations, inventory management, order fulfillment, workforce planning.
