Job summary

Rose State College’s Workforce Development division seeks a dynamic and experienced education professional to serve as Director of K-12 Programs and Partnerships. This position provides leadership for the College’s K-12 programs, charter school partnerships, and LEAD Center operations.

The Director oversees program strategy, staffing, budgets, facilities, compliance, and partnerships to provide safe, high-quality educational experiences aligned with the mission, vision, and values of Rose State

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in education, curriculum and instruction, educational leadership, or related field required.
Candidate must pass Oklahoma Principal Comprehensive Assessment within 18 months.
Experience planning and delivering educational programs and supervising staff.
Ability to manage budgets, facilities, and logistics with partners.

Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and evaluate K-12 programming including Kids College, Teen Scene, summer STEM camps, and after-school programs.
Manage program budgets, personnel, facilities, schedules, and events coordination.
Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate K-12 program staff and front office personnel.
Serve as primary College contact for charter school partners and the Oklahoma State Department of Education.
Lead the Charter Authorization Committee and coordinate reporting, invoicing, and site visits.
Ensure compliance with Minors on Campus policies, safety, accessibility, and student privacy.
