Job summary

Stuller Inc. in Louisiana seeks a Senior Manager of Product Development Operations to lead end-to-end jewelry product development from intake to web launch, coordinating cross-functional teams in design, fabrication, merchandising, and data reporting.

You will oversee scheduling, tracking, and reporting, use ARAS, MicroStrategy, and Excel for capacity planning, and drive process improvements while mentoring the Development Workflow Team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in product development, business management, or project management.
• Experience leading product development in manufacturing, technology, or consumer goods.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Proficient with Oracle, ARAS, and MicroStrategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Development Workflow Team to track jewelry development from intake to release on Stuller.com.
• Ensure ARAS data entry and tracking meet critical deadlines.
• Coordinate cross-functional liaison between Merchandising, Conceptual, CAD, Fabrication, and Product Data teams.
• Develop tracking reports using ARAS, Excel, and MicroStrategy for capacity planning.
• Regularly communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize workflow and reduce bottlenecks.
• Mentor and develop team members to foster accountability and high performance.
