Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Project Lead for High Jewelry Product Development to manage the lifecycle of new styles from design intake to tooling, prototypes, and launch. You will coordinate with Craft Engineers, Manufacturing, and stakeholders to ensure timely milestones and accurate costing.

The role requires strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and deep experience with precision manufacturing environments. A technical degree and JD Edwards/Rhino familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a technical field and relevant experience.
• 7+ years in manufacturing engineering or related field with project experience.
• Experience in high-quality, customized, precision manufacturing environments.
• Strong experience implementing manufacturing technologies and systems.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage full product development lifecycle from intake to production launch.
• Communicate critical milestones, issues, and updates to stakeholders.
• Estimate costs and create final BOMs and manufacturing routes for new products.
• Collaborate with Design, Manufacturing, and external suppliers.
• Maintain project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of samples and costs.
