Jacmel Jewelry in New York City seeks an experienced Product Development Manager for our Lifestyle Brands to lead the full product lifecycle from concept to launch. You will coordinate across Design, Packaging, Manufacturing, and Sales to deliver market-ready jewelry and accessories on time.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication to align vendor sourcing, line planning, and cross-functional work with business goals in a fast-paced, on-site NYC

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management or product development in mid-tier jewelry and accessories.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement; capable of translating technical concepts into clear language.

Responsabilités

• Lead the end-to-end product development process, including concept gathering, design, sourcing, and launch.
• Concept (market research) and line planning.
• Communication with overseas vendors to source and produce product.
• Collaborate with Design, Packaging, Manufacturing, and Sales teams to align product strategies with business objectives.
• Oversee technical aspects of product development.
• Present project updates to Sales, Design and Packaging.
