Job summary

Charles Schwab in Westlake, TX is seeking a Senior Manager, Investment Offer Strategy within the IOS/SIPSS group to shape the long‑term offer strategy across investment products. You’ll own end-to-end initiatives, build business cases, and influence executives across risk, finance, and compliance.

The role requires 7+ years in strategy (consulting or internal), with wealth management knowledge and strong modeling, communication, and leadership. On-site collaboration is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years total work experience.
• 3+ years in business strategy, ideally at a leading management consulting firm or high-performing internal strategy team; financial services experience preferred
• Understanding of wealth management market and investment products
• Ability to use strategic thinking and product strategy to structure ambiguous problems and develop recommendations
• Experience with research and analysis including market research, competitive analysis, modeling, and synthesis into insights
• Strong written communication to articulate vision, strategy, recommendations, and progress

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives across IOS product and platform portfolio, defining scope and driving to clear recommendations.
• Build business cases, market sizing, and financial models to evaluate opportunities.
• Develop perspectives on industry trends and translate into implications for Schwab’s offer strategy.
• Prepare executive-ready materials for IOS and SIPSS leadership; support broader leadership forums.
• Collaborate with product, distribution, and corporate functions to move initiatives through governance to execution.
• Facilitate workshops with cross-functional stakeholders to align direction and next steps.
• Support annual strategic planning and respond to ad hoc senior leadership questions.
