Job summary

GEA Group in the United States is seeking a Head of Integrated Supply Chain and Logistics Management to lead multi-site warehouse operations, improve inventory accuracy, and drive end-to-end supply chain performance across the network.

You will champion safety, efficiency, and cross‑functional alignment with Production, Quality, Procurement, and Planning, while advancing S&OP readiness, ERP/WMS optimization, and KPI reporting across sites.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in supply chain preferred.
• 10+ years leadership in warehousing, logistics, or integrated supply chain.
• 7+ years of progressive supply chain management experience including planning and procurement.
• Proven ability to lead multi-site operations and transformation initiatives.
• Strong Lean, process standardization and KPI-based management; ERP/WMS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site warehouse operations across locations, ensuring safety, quality and productivity.
• Drive logistics performance, inbound/outbound scheduling, and carrier management.
• Oversee facility readiness, equipment strategies, and capital planning.
• Partner with Procurement, Production, Quality, and Planning to streamline material flow.
• Improve supply chain visibility, lead times, S&OP readiness, and KPI reporting.
• Lead Lean initiatives and standardization to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Direct hiring, development, and performance management for warehousing and logistics teams.
