GEA Group in the United States is seeking a dynamic Procurement & Supply Chain Country Manager for Oakdale, MN to lead regional strategy and drive cost efficiency across North American procurement and supply chain activities within the Nutrition Plant Engineering Division.

You will oversee supplier performance, inventory management, logistics, and cross‑functional collaboration, delivering measurable improvements while ensuring adherence to global standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of procurement/supply chain leadership experience in global organizations.
• Strong contract management and supplier negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day procurement and supply chain operations within the assigned cluster.
• Implement regional procurement strategies and ensure compliance with corporate standards.
• Coordinate logistics, warehousing, transportation, and international trade activities within the cluster.
• Drive cost reduction, supplier performance improvements, and inventory optimization.
• Develop local sourcing opportunities aligned with global procurement strategies.
