Job summary

GE Aerospace in West Chester, Ohio is seeking a Logistics Site Leader to oversee two sites, including a 3PL‑operated facility, with end‑to‑end warehousing and material flow responsibility. You will lead a hands‑on team across production support and spares fulfillment in a 24/7 environment.

You will own relationships with 3PL partners, drive performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost, and partner with production, planning, sourcing, and quality teams to ensure availability and reliable

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or production control.
Experience leading multi-site operations and managing 3PL partners.

Responsibilities

Lead logistics and warehousing operations across two Evendale-based sites.
Own end-to-end execution for inbound/receiving, warehousing, inventory control, kitting, packing, and repack.
Serve as the site leader for internal GE site and a 3PL-operated site, with SQDC accountability.
Direct a team including 6 exempt, 17 hourly, and 140 contract labor resources.
Manage the 3PL relationship including budget, performance reviews, and continuous improvement.
