Job summary

GEA Group is seeking a Head of Integrated Supply Chain and Logistics Management to lead multi-site warehouse operations, optimize inventory, and drive end-to-end supply chain performance. You will provide strategic leadership for material flow, S&OP readiness, and cross-functional alignment with production, procurement, quality, and planning teams.

The role demands 10+ years in warehousing and logistics with strong Lean expertise and ERP/WMS experience.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in supply chain preferred.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in warehousing, logistics, or integrated supply chain roles.
• 7+ years of progressive supply chain management experience including material planning and inventory management.
• Proven ability to lead multi-site operations and transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and data reporting tools.
• Excellent leadership and cross-functional influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site warehouse operations and logistics across the network.
• Drive safety, service, cost, cash, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement.
• Provide strategic leadership for material flow, S&OP readiness, and supplier alignment.
• Collaborate with production, quality, procurement, planning, and transportation teams.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for service and performance.
• Manage talent and succession planning for warehouse and logistics teams.
