Job summary

City University of New York’s CUNY School of Professional Studies seeks an experienced leader to become Executive Director of Institutional Effectiveness. Reporting to the Dean, you will head the Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Planning and guide evidence-based decision-making for the School’s online and working adult learners.

You will lead school-wide initiatives, including strategic planning, cross-constituency collaboration, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and eight years related experience.
• Strong knowledge of data governance and evidence-based decision-making practices.
• Understanding of adult and online learners, underrepresented and international students.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Planning, including the Office of Institutional Research.
• Promote evidence-based planning, continuous improvement, and data-informed decision-making across the School.
• Drive complex school-wide initiatives and strategic planning across departments and units.
• Enhance student learning, programs, administrative and student services, and communications.
