Job summary
The CUNY School of Professional Studies seeks an experienced Executive Director of Institutional Effectiveness to lead the Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Planning and the Office of Institutional Research in New York City. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and eight years related experience required.
- Deep knowledge of data governance and evidence-based decision-making practices.
- Understanding of adult and online learners, underrepresented and international students, and students pursuing professional studies.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Planning and the Office of Institutional Research.
- Promote evidence-based planning and continuous improvement.
- Lead the development and execution of a new strategic planning process across the School.
- Facilitate cross-department collaboration to inform institutional decision-making.
- Enhance student learning, programs, and support services while elevating the School's impact.
