Job summary

AbbVie seeks an Associate Director to drive commercial strategy and business operations across Immunology and Eye Care, including Psychiatry and Migraine lines. The role coordinates with multiple functions to deliver data-driven narratives and strategic initiatives, reporting to US Commercial Strategy, Operations and Planning.

You will lead launch strategy development for new products and oversee key long-term strategy projects while building cross-functional partnerships across finance, R&D,

Qualifications

• BA/BS required; MBA or advanced degree (PhD, MD) preferred.
• 5–7 years of professional industry experience with consulting/Pharma marketing.
• Experience with Immunology and Eye Care products; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial on-market strategic initiatives to maximize patient impact of in-line brands.
• Collaborate with brand teams to develop launch strategies for launch-ready products.
• Drive long-term growth initiatives (e.g., Strategy LRP, BD assessment, Roadmap, Brand planning).
• Coordinate with Finance, Medical, R&D, Market Access, HEOR, MABI, Sales Training and Regulatory to deliver strategic projects.
