Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience in mechanical/HVAC/plumbing contracting.
• P&L responsibility for operational revenue over $50 million.
• Proven track record as President or executive leader driving growth and ethics.
• Ability to convert proposals and business development into ongoing relationships.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute long-term vision, growth strategy, and market expansion.
• Set short- and long-term goals for revenue, bidding, and operations.
• Lead day-to-day operations and major decisions to ensure profitable performance.
• Grow the business by strengthening internal processes and relationships.
• Review P&L, budgets, cash flow, and capital purchases.
• Embed company values and lead a diverse workforce across functions.
• Communicate direction clearly to employees, customers, and peers.
• Develop leadership talent and succession plans for key roles.
• Represent DMG at events and maintain client relationships.
