Job summary

You will manage a marketing team, partner with Sales, Medical, Analytics and Global Marketing, and direct agency collaborations to deliver compliant, data-driven campaigns. Strong leadership and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years pharma/biopharma commercial experience with 8+ years in brand/HCP marketing.
• Proven success in sales force engagement, precision marketing, and NPP/omnichannel with measurable outcomes.
• Experience positioning portfolio products within a competitive landscape.
• Travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead U.S. HCP marketing for the flu vaccines portfolio and drive portfolio positioning.
• Own sales-force engagement, NPP and omnichannel performance with targeted customer engagement.
• Manage a marketing team across levels, from Associate Director to Product Manager.
• Oversee agencies/partners with tight briefs and SLAs to ensure ROI.
• Align with Sales, Medical, Analytics, Regulatory and Global Marketing.
• Develop dashboards, targets, and leadership readouts for senior management.
• Ensure RC/MLR readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Manage budgets and optimize spend to maximize impact.
