Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science with MBA or MS (Pharmaceutical or basic sciences) preferred.
• Minimum 12 years in the pharmaceutical industry, including 8+ years in portfolio strategy or multi-brand leadership.
• Minimum 7 years of experience managing personnel and cross-functional global teams.
• Intercultural experience and ability to lead in a complex, changing environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint and other Microsoft applications.

• Define product portfolio positioning, lifecycle priorities, and investments.
• Lead development and execution of Seqirus's global Portfolio Development Strategy.
• Oversee global launch planning and commercialization readiness.
