Job summary

Fluence is seeking a Director, Supply Chain Operations to define the global operating framework and drive end-to-end governance across the supply chain. You will lead governance, analytics, and data integrity while partnering with Transformation and IT to deploy new processes and tools.

You will oversee KPI frameworks, executive reporting, and performance management, collaborating with Manufacturing, Engineering, Product, Commercial, Finance, and Customer Success to support Fluence's growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading global process improvement, systems transformation, or operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics.
• Experience owning systems, analytics, governance frameworks, and business process management.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
• MBA or related advanced degree and experience with ERP/planning/inventory platforms are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational governance framework for Supply Chain systems, processes, analytics, and data management.
• Partner with Transformation and IT teams to deploy new processes, systems, and tools.
• Drive change management, user adoption, and training for new capabilities.
• Develop and maintain executive reporting, analytics, and KPI frameworks.
• Own the Supply Chain operating model, governance structure, and decision-making framework.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Supply Chain, Engineering, Product, Commercial, and Finance.
