Job summary

Brooklyn Community Pride Center (BCPC) seeks an Executive Director to lead BCPC and its two operating centers, guiding strategy and ensuring financial stewardship while cultivating an inclusive, diverse LGBTQ+ community space in Brooklyn.

The ED will partner with the Board, staff, and community partners to finalize a new strategic plan, represent BCPC at events and in media, and engage policy makers to advance the Center’s mission.

Responsibilities

• Assume primary operating and oversight responsibility for BCPC and its two operating centers.
• Work with the Board to finalize and implement a new strategic plan.
• Provide motivational leadership and serve as a primary representative of BCPC at public events, in the media, and with policy makers.
