Job summary

Northern Kentucky University is seeking an Assistant Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life to support fraternity and sorority students in strategic initiatives and infrastructure development that advance their missions across the NKU community.

The role provides leadership, professional development, and supervision for the Fraternity and Sorority Life program, collaborating with campus partners and operating within campus policy. Strong advising and program planning skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and 2 years of related experience required.
• Graduate or professional experience in fraternity and sorority advising preferred.
• Strong computer skills including word, excel, social media

Responsibilities

• Advise and supervise IFC/Panhellenic/NPHC/MGC councils with executive meetings.
• Supervise the Fraternity and Sorority Life graduate assistant.
• Develop leadership programs, workshops, and events for chapters and councils.
• Coordinate office policies and procedures with university guidelines.
• Maintain chapter records, recruitment stats, and scholarship reports.
• Collaborate with Student Engagement and campus partners.
