Job summary

AXIS Capital is seeking a Head of Enterprise Portfolio & Delivery to drive enterprise portfolio planning, prioritization, and investment governance across North America and global markets. You will mature the Agile delivery model, coach Portfolio Leads, and ensure delivery outcomes align with business value.

Responsibilities include leading governance, stage gating, and performance reporting, with a focus on speed, value, and recovering troubled initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in portfolio and project management, strategic planning, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise portfolio planning, prioritization, investment governance and delivery-performance oversight.
• Mature AXIS’s Agile business-technology delivery model, strengthening accountabilities and delivery discipline.
• Coach Portfolio Leads and delivery teams to build capability across the organization.
• Own project readiness and stage gating with key partners reviewed and signed off before work starts.
• Provide leadership with one view of value and delivery predictability, via OKRs and KPIs.
