• Manage strategic enrollment planning, recruitment, admissions, and retention.
• Oversee financial aid administration and compliance.
• Direct student success initiatives including progression and wellness.
• Lead career development and residency advising for students.
• Ensure COCA accreditation standards compliance and audits.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and institutional planning.
