Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years combined benefits and communications experience, including demonstrated experience leading client work and/or consulting teams.
• Employee benefits or healthcare industry experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead employee communication projects for EPIC’s national C&E practice, guiding strategy and multi-channel campaigns.
• Coach and develop a team of C&E consultants with focus on client strategy and deliverables.
• Oversee workloads and workflows to ensure timely, accurate client service.
• Create employee benefits communications across digital, print, and face-to-face channels.
• Write and edit content to high standards and optimize for distribution channels.
