Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Director, C&E Consulting to lead employee communications projects for EPIC’s national C&E practice. You will provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and oversight for a team of consultants, developing and delivering strategies and multi-channel campaigns to support clients’ engagement objectives.

You will ensure work aligns with C&E standards and client expectations, advance growth of the consulting team, and contribute to the success of EPIC’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years combined benefits and communications experience, including demonstrated experience leading client work and/or consulting teams.
• Employee benefits or healthcare industry experience a plus.
• Client management experience.
• Experience leading, managing, mentoring or developing consultants or project-based teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a consultant for employee-facing benefits communications, from strategy development to delivery.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of C&E consultants.
• Oversee consultant workload, project assignments and workflows.
• Create compelling employee benefits communications across multiple channels.
• Ensure content is written and edited to high standards for the channel distribution.
• Establish team priorities and scalable workflows for on-time delivery.
• Oversee third-party support for print, digital, and online communications.
• Participate in new business development with leadership and account teams.
• Lead team interviewing, onboarding, training, mentoring and capability-building.
