Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or related field.
• 4 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area.
• 6 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area.
• Proven expertise in corporate strategy development and execution within complex business environments.
• Strong management consulting and leadership skills, including mentoring and team development.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative and disruptive transformation strategies and present to senior leadership for resourcing and prioritization.
• Track industry trends and build multi-year strategic growth plans.
• Lead the development, prioritization, and execution of business strategies and cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational performance.
• Identify customer and operational needs, develop business plans, and remove barriers to achieve performance goals.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely implementation of process improvements and change initiatives across the organization.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and development opportunities to associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
