Sam’s Club is seeking an accomplished Director of Business Strategy to lead the operating model and partner with the VP to prioritize work and drive execution. You will build scalable systems, playbooks, and governance to deliver measurable business impact across experiences and functions.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a data-driven approach to prioritize initiatives and optimize outcomes for members and associates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or related field.
• 6+ years' experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area; or 8+ years.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational transformation.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders across multiple functions.
