Responsibilities

• Translate weekly member feedback, MX drivers, and insights into prioritized actions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define owners, impact, timelines, dependencies, and risks.
• Operationalize the Experience Score by linking pain points to renewal risk and value.
• Identify friction points and adjust priorities, roadmaps, and resource focus.
• Drive proactive insights using AI-enabled tools and scalable processes.
• Build strong partnerships across Membership, Digital, Operations, and Analytics.
