Job summary

WME is seeking a Director of Talent Development & Strategy in Beverly Hills to lead the assistant-to-agent development ecosystem across the agency, including Music and core verticals. You will design, integrate, and scale onboarding, training, performance management, and career progression to shape the next generation of WME agents.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration with HR, Operations, Recruitment, and senior leadership, and involves implementing a best-in-class development

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in talent development or related fields.
• Experience designing scalable development programs in a large org.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with HR, Ops, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of a comprehensive agent development strategy across all business areas.
• Oversee and evolve onboarding, training, and early-career programs.
• Define performance management frameworks with HR and Ops.
• Build and leverage Workday for performance management and data integrity.
• Coordinate cross-functional sprints with HRBPs, Ops, Recruitment, and Inclusion.
• Oversee onboarding and orientation for assistants and agents across offices.
• Align programs with talent strategy and business priorities.
• Present updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
