Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD or MS with relevant pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Experience leading a team of Analytical Scientists.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives through matrix teams.
• Experience leading analytical contributions to regulatory submissions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, translating complex issues into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of analytical scientists, fostering excellence and career growth.
• Provide strategic leadership for analytical development and phase-appropriate control strategies.
• Act as analytical lead within CMC teams, guiding strategy and risk management.
• Oversee regulatory submissions and responses to health authorities.
• Manage analytical activities through CROs/CMOs and external partners.
• Develop and execute analytical project plans with timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with DP Development, Supply, Regulatory, Quality, and Commercial teams to accelerate milestones.
• Identify and implement digital tools and new technologies to improve outcomes and speed.
• Contribute to the broader Analytical R&D organization through leadership and innovation.
