Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in AI/ML, data science or related field.
• 7+ years in digital transformation leadership in healthcare/pharma.
• 5+ years in portfolio management and governance.
• Ability to lead, influence and inspire teams to achieve strategic goals.
• Strong collaboration with regulatory bodies and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a digital strategy for Global Regulatory (data strategy included).
• Lead a team of digital product owners to deliver strategy goals on time.
• Govern digital governance in coordination with RTGC and RMB.
• Drive data strategy and AI/analytics capabilities across Global Regulatory.
• Partner with IT, Enterprise AI Unit, and external bodies to meet regulatory requirements.
