Job summary

ManTech is seeking a Cryptographic Agility & Resiliency Service Line Leader to join our Herndon team in a hybrid role. You will combine deep technical authority with executive leadership to drive service line strategy, oversee staffing and investments, and advance post-quantum readiness for clients across the DoD and IC.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with CTO, and build partner relationships to accelerate onboarding of innovative cryptographic capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, cybersecurity, or related field.
• 10+ years of DoD/IC/Federal cybersecurity leadership.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and proposals.
• Experience setting capability and IRAD priorities.
• Proven ability to engage executive clients.

Responsibilities

• Direct service line activities from executive guidance and demand signals.
• Review deliverables, coach, and promote talent for promotions.
• Plan personnel and infrastructure, balance client needs with team capacity.
• Lead technical planning and solutioning for key projects and captures.
• Monitor market trends; set IRAD priorities with the CTO.
• Build technical eminence via whitepapers and forums.
