Job summary

Acclaim Technical Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engagement Lead, Cryptographic Modernization, with an active TS/SCI clearance, to own a Federal cybersecurity engagement in Northern Virginia.

You will lead customer and mission leadership, drive integrated delivery across cryptographic discovery, PQC planning, and risk management, and ensure contract outcomes. You will coordinate with technical SMEs and ATS leadership to secure staffing, manage budgets, and pursue follow-on opportunities

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 10+ years in Federal cybersecurity, technology, engineering, or mission-delivery.
• 5+ years leading complex technical engagements or programs.
• Experience with Federal national-security customers and high-visibility engagements.
• Strong program-management skills across scope, schedule, staffing, risk, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagement and overall contract execution, ensuring measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate cryptographic discovery, inventory, CBOM development, and PQC migration planning.
• Maintain integrated view of schedule, risks, dependencies, and deliverable status.
• Establish delivery governance, performance metrics, escalation processes, and quality controls.
• Drive growth opportunities and coordinate with growth/capture teams.
