Job summary

Lam Research in Fremont, California is seeking a Manager of Corporate Meetings & Events to lead a global, high-visibility program that enhances employee experiences and business outcomes.

You will own the Meetings & Events strategy, governance, and the Cvent platform, while partnering with HR, Facilities, Travel, Procurement and Communications to deliver scalable, compliant and impactful events. This role requires 8–10 years of relevant experience and strong cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8-10 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• plus 8+ years of corporate meetings, events, hospitality, employee experience or related program leadership experience.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Facilities, Catering, Travel, Procurement and HR.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve the Meetings & Events strategy, service model and operating framework.
• Establish scalable processes, governance and standards supporting future growth.
• Partner with HR, Facilities, Travel, Catering, Procurement and Admin Community, Communications and business leaders.
• Develop and maintain various vendor relationships.
• Lead high-profile executive meetings, leadership events, employee engagement programs and strategic business events.
• Provide hands-on event planning, budgeting, sourcing, logistics and onsite execution support.
• Serve as escalation point for complex or business-critical events.
• Consult and develop meeting & event best practices across the organization.
• Own the Meetings & Events technology ecosystem with primary responsibility for Cvent strategy, administration, adoption and optimization.
