Job summary

Lam Research Corporation is seeking a seasoned leader to evolve the Corporate Meetings & Events function within a Global HR context. You will shape strategy, governance, and an operating model while delivering high-profile events and executive support.

You will own the Cvent platform strategy and analytics, partnering with Facilities, Travel, Procurement and HR to enable scalable, compliant event experiences. This hybrid role blends on-site leadership with remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8-10 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• plus 8+ years of corporate meetings, events, hospitality, employee experience or related program leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-visibility executive meetings, leadership events and employee engagement programs.
• Provide hands-on event planning, budgeting, sourcing, logistics and onsite execution support.
• Serve as escalation point for complex or business-critical events.
• Develop meeting & event best practices across the organization.
