The role partners across functions, external groups, and universities to translate strategy into funded programs and measurable outcomes. The position emphasizes cross-functional leadership, resilience and housing initiatives, and governance with KPIs, offering a hybrid work model

Formación

• Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
• Experience conducting research and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data.
• Experience developing business strategy with executive and senior management.
• Experience evaluating business trends and developing new programs and strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the execution of the Community Engagement pillar of the Sustainable Business Framework.
• Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps, priorities, and business cases for community-focused initiatives.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with nonprofit organizations, industry associations, academic institutions, and community stakeholders.
• Lead initiatives that strengthen the resilience of customers and communities, including climate adaptation and disaster recovery efforts.
• Establish and manage KPIs that measure community engagement outcomes and strategic progress.
• Lead Community Engagement Council activities, facilitate collaboration, and drive alignment across stakeholders.
