Based in the Boston area, you will develop roadmaps, manage stakeholder relationships, and present strategic recommendations to executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategy, sustainability, or community engagement.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing complex stakeholders.
• Ability to develop recommendations supported by research and data.
• Strong verbal and written communication, including executive presentations.
• Experience in insurance, ESG, or community investments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the Community Engagement pillar of the Sustainable Business Framework.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps, priorities, and business cases for community initiatives.
• Identify opportunities where community needs align with enterprise objectives.
• Cultivate relationships with nonprofits, industry associations, and academic institutions.
• Lead resilience and climate adaptation initiatives to benefit customers and communities.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and report performance to executives.
