Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree completed within 3 years of hire in Nursing, Education or related field.
• RN - Registered Nurse with current Ohio license; de-escalation training within 6 months.
• 7-10 years of clinical nursing experience; 3-5 years leadership; 3-5 years direct clinical education and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and direction of clinical education programs across Adena Health System.
• Lead curriculum design, course development and delivery; collaborate with system leadership to tailor programs to clinical needs.
• Maintain staff development, competency programming and evaluate partnerships with schools of nursing.
