Qualifications

• Master's Degree completed within 3 years of hire.
• RN license with Ohio license current.
• 7-10 years clinical nursing experience.
• 3-5 years leadership experience.
• 3-5 years direct clinical education and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and direction of clinical education programs across Adena Health System.
• Lead the clinical education team to monitor competency programming and evaluation.
• Design, develop, and deliver clinical curriculum and courses.
• Collaborate with system leadership to align staff development with clinical needs (EMR, clinical skills, standards).
• Maintain relationships with schools of Nursing and evaluate partnership effectiveness.
