You will mentor analysts, collaborate across Digital Human Health and Marketing, manage projects, and stay ahead of industry trends while applying AI to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years delivering complex analytics in pharma/biotech/healthcare.
• Hands-on experience with healthcare business performance data.

Responsibilities

• Provide actionable data-driven insights to business stakeholders and translate needs into analytical plans.
• Lead a team of business analysts, guiding best practices in data analytics and storytelling.
• Collaborate with DHH and Marketing to deliver data-driven insights and solutions.
• Manage analytics and digital solutions projects to deliver timely insights.
• Stay current with industry trends to enhance analytic capabilities and drive improvements.
• Foster innovation with Agile mindset; contribute to idea generation and measurable improvements.
• Leverage AI to inform business decisions.
