This role will direct fundraising campaigns, donor stewardship, and engagement strategies across departments, reporting to the Senior Associate Athletic Director for Development.

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Experience with annual giving or fundraising programs.
• Proven leadership and staff management abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel and attend evening/weekend events as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Athletics Annual Fund and Patriot Club strategy.
• Develop and manage a fiscal-year plan with revenue and donor engagement goals.
• Direct donor communications, solicitations, and stewardship programs.
• Collaborate with Athletics Major Gifts, Central Advancement, coaches, and campus partners.
• Oversee donor experience and volunteer engagement, ensuring best practices.
