University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) is seeking a Senior Director of Alumni Engagement and Executive Director of the UNLV Alumni Association. This role leads the university’s comprehensive alumni engagement program, reports to senior university leadership, and drives engagement outcomes aligned with institutional priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in alumni engagement or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory and management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead alumni engagement strategy and department priorities.
• Oversee CRM, reporting, budget oversight, and cross-campus collaboration.
• Represent UNLV Alumni Association and engage with board and donors.
