Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2 - 4 years of relevant experience.
• Master's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Preferred experience in higher education institutional research or data analysis.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design and coordination of assessment plans across all Student Affairs departments.
• Analyze assessment results and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and manage divisional assessment calendar and reporting.
• Provide assessment support for Housing, Student Health Center, and Well‑Being units.
• Collaborate with campus partners to design data-informed interventions.
• Supervise 1–2 Graduate Assistants and support staff development.
