Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational activities for Bayer’s sampling programs in US Pharmaceuticals.
• Develop and maintain sample effectiveness framework and KPIs for utilization and program performance.
• Create dashboards and reports for visibility into sampling program results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sample allocation and inventory utilization.
• Manage third-party vendors and oversee budget tracking and vendor performance.
• Ensure compliance with PDMA, state requirements, and Bayer policies; maintain SOPs and audit readiness.
• Provide training and support to field teams on sampling processes and systems.
