Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Informatics to spearhead enterprise risk adjustment analytics and BI solutions. You will translate clinical and operational data into actionable insights for executives, guiding performance across markets and providers.

You will lead a team, foster data storytelling with advanced visualizations, and push AI-enabled reporting while aligning with reporting strategy and governance.

Qualifications

10+ years in healthcare analytics, informatics, performance insights, actuarial, or BI.
2+ years of leadership experience managing analytics or BI teams.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in SQL, Python, and BI platforms such as Power BI/Tableau/QuickSight.
Ability to oversee complex analytics portfolios and establish priorities.

Responsibilities

Lead risk adjustment analytics, delivering enterprise insights for action.
Develop provider performance analytics across metrics and markets.
Drive AI, automation, and modern BI to modernize analytics platforms.
Partner with cross-functional teams to build scalable analytics solutions.
Define KPIs, governance, and enterprise analytics framework.
