Job summary

The role requires guiding cross-functional IPTs, managing the IMS and EVM controls, and communicating with customers on ramp activities. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 9 years of prior program management experience; Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years; in lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of PM experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive rate increase plan, including capacity expansion and improvements.
• Lead modeling of labor, equipment, and supplier capacity; optimize staffing curves.
• Coordinate supplier assessments, readiness reviews, and mitigation plans for sub-tier capacity.
• Provide primary interface with customer for rate ramp activities and follow-on program plans.
• Establish and maintain IMS, resource forecasts, and Earned Value Management compliance.
• Travel up to 25% to other L3Harris and customer sites.
