Job summary

Blink Health in Pittsburgh, PA 15276 (onsite) is seeking a Lead Product Designer to support BlinkRx’s product team and drive alignment across product areas.

You will design modern user experiences, lead design thinking sessions, and translate user research into clear UI specifications, wireframes, and prototypes.

Collaborating with product and engineering, you will help scale the design system and toolkit to empower teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience in a similar role.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch products.
• Experience leading a design system initiative.
• Portfolio with early concepts and iterations including user research and metrics.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Design modern, engaging user experiences that address both user and business goals.
• Organize and facilitate collaborative work sessions and design thinking exercises across multiple teams or departments.
• Use user research insights and data analysis to guide design decisions.
• Identify gaps where additional data and research are needed to reduce uncertainty and improve outcomes.
• Develop and propose new product opportunities that add to product strategy and deliver value across patient and user segments.
• Define interaction patterns, user flows, and complex information architecture models for end-to-end journeys across products.
• Create low, medium, and high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for product and UI surfaces.
• Perform a basic level of generative and evaluative user research, including moderation of user sessions, synthesis of feedback, and sharing insights with the broader team.
• Document product design work, including detailed UI specifications, UX decision making with rationale, and user interview learnings.
• Identify and develop toolkits and processes that enable team members and help scale the design function.
