Job summary

Blink Health in Pittsburgh, PA 15276 (onsite) is seeking a Lead Product Designer to support BlinkRx’s product team and drive alignment across product areas.

You will design modern user experiences, lead design thinking sessions, and translate user research into clear UI specifications, wireframes, and prototypes.

Collaborating with product and engineering, you will help scale the design system and toolkit to empower teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience in a similar role.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch products.
• Experience leading a design system initiative.
• Portfolio with early concepts and iterations including user research and metrics.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.

• Document product design work, including detailed UI specifications, UX decision making with rationale, and user interview learnings.
• Identify and develop toolkits and processes that enable team members and help scale the design function.

• Proficiency with Figma and the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
• Blended skill set across visual design, information architecture, interaction design, multiple prototyping methods, and basic user research
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to launch products
• Experience leading a style guide or design system initiative and driving organization-wide usage and adoption
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills
• Comprehensive portfolio of product design case studies showing early concepts and iterations, including user research, performance metrics, and design process details
