Job summary

Blink Health is seeking an experienced Lead Product Designer to drive user-centered design across BlinkRx and Quick Save. You will partner with product managers, engineers, and other designers to shape vision, strategy, and end-to-end experiences for patients and providers.

You will mentor designers, establish design systems, and advocate for data-informed decisions through research and prototyping. A strong portfolio and 7+ years in product design are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience in a similar role or product organization.
• Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and case studies.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Craft modern, engaging user experiences that satisfy user and business needs.
• Organize collaborative sessions and design thinking with multiple teams.
• Use user research insights and data to inform design decisions and identify gaps.
• Propose new product opportunities aligned with strategy and add value to patient segments.
• Define interaction patterns, flows, and information architecture for end-to-end journeys.
• Create low, medium, and high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
