Job summary

BlinkRx is seeking a Lead Product Designer to drive user-centered design across a cross-functional product team. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders, product managers, engineers, and other designers to define and execute BlinkRx’s product vision and strategy.

You’ll be a vocal advocate for all user segments, delivering intuitive, well-crafted experiences for BlinkRx products and leading a design system initiative to scale across teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience in a similar role
• BA/BS in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience leading design systems and cross-functional launches

Responsibilities

• Craft modern, engaging user experiences solving user and business needs
• Organize collaborative sessions spanning multiple teams
• Leverage user research and data to inform design decisions
• Propose new product opportunities additive to strategy
• Define interaction patterns and information architecture
• Create low to high fidelity wireframes and prototypes
• Conduct user research moderation and share insights
• Document UI specifications and design rationale
• Develop toolkits and processes to scale the design team
