Job summary

Enbridge Inc. in Houston seeks a Manager, Major Projects to lead planning and execution of large energy infrastructure projects across the full project life cycle.

You will drive project strategy, oversee scope, schedule, cost, quality and risk, mentor project managers, and coordinate with regulators, contractors and internal teams to deliver on business priorities. Expect about 40% travel, mostly Gulf Coast and cross-border.

Qualifications

• Significant construction, operational, or project management experience in energy projects.
• Minimum 10 years in engineering, construction, planning, scheduling, and cost control for pipeline or energy projects; managerial experience required.
• Candidates without a degree need 13+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership by translating objectives into project priorities across teams and stakeholders.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams responsible for engineering, procurement, permitting, rights-of-way, construction, and project controls.
• Oversee scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, and risk to ensure delivery of complex capital projects.
• Develop project strategies, cost estimates, execution plans, and innovative solutions aligned with priorities.
• Ensure regulatory, environmental, health, safety, legal, and quality requirements are met.
