Enbridge is seeking a Project Development Engineering Specialist in Houston to lead the development of large, complex gas transmission and related pipeline projects from conception through sanction. The role emphasizes risk assessment, scheduling, and cost control within a multi-year program.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s in engineering, 7+ years of relevant experience, and strong leadership and communication skills; PE designation is a plus, with limited travel (<10%).

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Seven or more years of progressively responsible experience in engineering design and project management for liquid and gas pipelines.
• PE designation is an asset.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to influence decisions.
